We are so happy you have chosen to have your pet stay with us.

Here are a few things to help you plan.

1. It is necessary to arrange a meet and greet prior to your dog's stay with us.
2. For safety, we need to know if your dog has any aggression issues, with other dogs or cats.
3. Please write down how exactly how much, and how often to feed your dog.
4. Plan to bring enough food for the entire stay, plus one day.
5. Bring the dog's clean bed, and any clean toys the dog might enjoy having. We also suggest bringing the dog's own food bowl.

6. Please list any medical issues your dog has as well as the name, address, and phone number of your pet's veterinarian.
7. We may ask you to have a credit card on file at the vet's office if necessary.
8. Make a list of all medications, including dosages, and administration times.
9. Provide enough medications for the entire stay, plus one day.

10. We must have a signed Permission to Provide Medical Care form on file in case of emergency
11. We must have written copy from your vet of all current vaccines including Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, and Bordetella. Dogs without current vaccines cannot be accepted.
